A New Jersey Home Inspector, Home Inspector Lic. # 24G1527, who has performed 9000+ home inspections in the past 19 years. Strong construction background and has passed certification exams as well as Instructed at Inspection 21, a home inspection training facility in NJ. Odds are if you don’t use me you’ll use one of my trainees!

I fulfill continuing education as required and have given seminars on wood-destroying insects, which have been attended by over 100 home inspectors.

Available 7 days a week, I am skilled with many tools including, the suretest analyzer, borescope, combustible gas detector, and moisture detector.
