I’m the NJ home inspector who will answer all your questions and leave you with a wealth of knowledge about your new home and how to operate and take care of it.

I’m a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors as well as the American Society of Home Inspector. I’ve been a licensed New Jersey Home Inspector since licensing began and have performed over 6000 home inspections in the past 15 years. I have a strong construction background. I have passed certification exams as well as Instructed at Inspection 21, a home inspection training facility in Maywood, NJ. Odds are if you don’t use me you’ll use one of my trainees!

I fulfill continuing education and have given seminars on wood destroying insects, which have been attended by over 100 home inspectors. I am available 7 days a week. I am skilled with many tools including and infrared camera, a suretest anaylizer, boroscope,  a combustible gas detector and a moisture detector.
