I hired this business to conduct a home inspection on a property we purchased because they came highly recommended. This particular inspection was of some significance due to the uniqueness of the property and complexity of the home itself. Needless to say, they sent Luciano (He’s excellent). Extremely thorough and meticulous to a “T.” Luciano took his time and provided us with excactly what we needed, a no hold’s barred thorough analysis of the condition of the property and home and what we we should expect after closing. Highly recommend the company and the inspection team. One of the few things in the home buying process which is money well spent. Thanks Mr. Home Inspector.

Just wanted to say thanks. You inspected my “condo”, two floors of a brownstone …… in Hoboken about two weeks ago. It was the day you had all your “apprentices” with you. Nice report.
