Luciano came highly recommended and I can tell why; he was prompt and walked me and me RE agent through the entire inspection, breaking down every item he saw and what he was going to put in his report. His years of experience were clear, so he was great with casual ballpark estimates for repairs or remaining time regarding the systems in the house. His report was very comprehensive and we will hopefully be using it to have the seller repair some minor items and demonstrate some functions before the contract closes. I highly recommend Luciano.

I hired this business to conduct a home inspection on a property we purchased because they came highly recommended. This particular inspection was of some significance due to the uniqueness of the property and complexity of the home itself. Needless to say, they sent Luciano (He’s excellent). Extremely thorough and meticulous to a “T.” Luciano took his time and provided us with excactly what we needed, a no hold’s barred thorough analysis of the condition of the property and home and what we we should expect after closing.
